Job descriptionManage and grow our presence on social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content, posts, and promotions to increase brand awareness and engagement. Generate creative and compelling content for our website, blog, email newsletters, and other marketing materials. Write product descriptions, blog posts, and articles related to the wine industry. Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials. Ensure brand consistency across all design assets. Manage customer relationship management (CRM) software to maintain accurate customer records and track interactions. Assist in developing targeted marketing campaigns based on customer data and insights. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and special offers. Coordinate promotional activities and track their effectiveness. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. Completion of WSET Level 1 or equivalent. Experience in the beverage alcohol industry. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Passion for wine and knowledge of the wine industry. As a Full-Time Marketing Coordinator, you will support our sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth administrative operations. Your responsibilities will include digital marketing, sales support, social media management, content creation, graphic design, CRM management, and the development and implementation of promotions.
