Job description

As a Media Account Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day team and media assignments at Noise Digital. You are expected to understand your client’s line of business & comfortable building client relationships, experience developing junior team members, ensure best practices, exemplify collaboration across the agency, and have a passion for seeking out new opportunities for clients.

You organize / manage workflow and mentor junior team members to fulfill all media planning, analysis, and scheduling requests. To be successful, you must have a pulse for innovation and creativity, a proactive nature, be organized and thorough, and be a team player keen on building meaningful connections.

Responsibilities :

  • Build communication / channel frameworks and lead the end-to-end planning and execution of media plans as they pertain to the agreed strategy.
  • Strong Project Management capabilities with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to lead and direct stakeholders without compromising deliverables
  • Work collaboratively with specialized teams (SEM, social, programmatic, broadcast) to integrate channel expertise where required for your client tasks and campaigns.
  • Lead the issuance of schedules, documentation, and financials that are required to keep projects / deliverables / campaigns on track, on schedule, and within budget for the client.
  • Manage and coach team members in all areas of media planning and execution to achieve both client goals and agency goals.
  • Ability to assess requests / tasks to prioritize and complete / delegate to meet deliverable timelines.
  • Quality control of all components of media campaigns actioned by the planning team and specialized teams.
  • Oversee all financial processes actioned by the planning team and finance team.

Experience Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in 360 media planning (print, broadcast, digital, OOH, social, SEM)
  • 1-2 years of experience managing direct reports including annual evaluations.
  • Strong understanding and experience in industry tools and resources to develop research, insights, and ideas for all media initiatives.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a team, and collaborate with and influence others.
  • Excellent client acumen and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, specifically the ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents.
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail, focused on accuracy
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
