Job descriptionUtilities and facilities Controls and safety systems Define, design, implement, monitor, and continuously improve maintenance strategies, including : Predictive maintenance and non-destructive testing methodologies Analyze repetitive equipment failures and develop sustainable solutions impacting : Product quality Operating costs Regulatory and safety compliance Provide technical support to maintenance and production personnel during routine and urgent equipment issues Develop and implement training programs to strengthen Maintenance team capabilities Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred) Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Reliability Engineering or Reliability Specialist role Previous experience in a maintenance role (Manager, Supervisor, or Technician) strongly preferred Strong planning and organizational skills Proven ability to solve complex engineering and equipment-related problems Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills Willingness and ability to work in the field alongside mechanics and operators, including responding to urgent critical equipment issues Opportunity to lead and shape reliability initiatives at a growing manufacturing facility Hands-on role with direct impact on equipment performance and plant efficiency Collaborative, team-oriented work environment
