Full-time permanent position100% in person jobSalary : 24.36$ to 27.24$ per hour according to years of experience. Reporting to the Manager, Social Services, Psychology and Nutrition, the Administrative Officer Class 2 is responsible for the general administrative functions of the department, including reception and administrative support, as required, for radiology. He / she assists in coordinating the volunteer program, and assists professionals on the team in planning meetings, committees and other clinical / clerical activities, including scheduling appointments. As required, he / she will work closely with the Transportation and Lodging Coordinator to manage driver schedules, transportation and lodging reservations, liaise with transportation and lodging companies, and interact with the Shriners. In the radiology department, he / she is called upon, as required, to coordinate activities relating to patient reception, as well as the management and compliance of examination requests, and manages all activities relating to the control of radiology files (reception, registration, copy requests, etc.). Qualifications
- DEP in secretariat, an asset
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken; English and French)
- Excellent command of office automation tools
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, ability to adapt to change
