Job Summary :

The Vice President of Marketing for The Peak Group of Companies will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s brand and digital presence and overall market growth. With a strong focus on digital marketing, this leader will develop and implement strategies that leverage digital channels to amplify brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and optimize marketing performance across North America, Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the President & CEO, the VP of Marketing will collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and the organization’s strategic goals. This is a hybrid role and the ideal candidate would be working in any of our offices in Richmond, BC, Calgary, AB or Richmond Hill, ON.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Marketing Leadership

• Further develop the Peak brand as a leader in global home improvement products.
• Formulate and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy, with a focus on digital channels, to drive growth and increase market share.
• Develop product launch and go-to-market strategies, collaborating with product development on new innovations.
• Work with executive leadership to define brand positioning, especially within digital and online retail environments.

Compensation : Starting from $150,000.00 per year depending on experience plus discretionary bonus
