Core Responsibilities :
- Support in leading the DTC Canada and Wholesale business model including digital sales, newsletter sales and social shopping
- Provide topline weekly business insights and recurring monthly sales and KPI performance reviews
- Work with team to leverage key selling trends and drive quick action to help improve results
- Lead newsletter strategy execution in Klaviyo to meet sales and other established KPIs including list growth, open rate, etc.
- Lead on site sampling strategy, forecasting, execution, and analysis, focusing on driving cost effective sample to full size conversion
- Continuously analyze site performance and customer behavior data in Google Analytics, GA4, Shopify and other platforms to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing data-driven optimizations and enhancements
- Take lead in website content and recommending additional enhancements to improve data available for future learnings as well as customer experience
- Maintain visibility of SEO reports and align with actions to resolve errors
Education / Experience :
- Undergraduate degree, preferably with a Marketing or Business background
- Clear expertise understanding of the key tenets of eCommerce and digital merchandising
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills and demonstrated ability to lead a scaled business- including financial foresight with areas like profit and revenue drivers
- Record of delivering e-Com growth, including 3-5 years of e-Com experience
- Proficient understanding of Shopify e-commerce
- Experience with CPG brands.
- Experience leading campaigns and new initiatives on Shopify
- Working collaborative to support new product launch campaigns on digital platforms
- Experience with 3rd party apps including Shopify, Klayvio, Recharge, Google Analytics, GA4, HotJar, Asana and Salsify.
- Experience in working collaboratively with cross department to educate, influence and successfully launch digital and omni-channel programs
- Strong skills in strategy and planning, merchandising, and digital marketing
- Ability to translate internal vision to the online channel and execute strategies that lead the company consistently towards that vision
- Must have a customer-centric perspective, passion for owning and driving a business end-to-end, willingness to innovate in response to market conditions and trends, and not be afraid to take risk.
