Job Description : This position is to develop, coordinate, execute all the marketing activities and initiatives of Degil Safety – This role is connecting the Marketing and Communication team based in the US and with the head Quarter of the company in France I. Objectives of the Marketing Coordinator :
Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy
Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
Implement marketing and advertising campaigns II. Main Responsibilitieso Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing listso Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as neededo Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.o Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product informationo Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requestso Flyers, Leaflet and Catalog creationo Websites Maintenanceso Managing Campaigns on social media.o In charge of the Canadian Product Information Management database Requirements : Relevant education credentials (University degree in Marketing)A few years of experience in a similar position, for a company manufacturing products sold to other companies, preferably through distributors. (Ideally PPE)Pleasant personalityKeys / Comments : This is a rather junior role. It replaces a person going on maternity leave.
