We are currently hiring a Costing Analyst – Global to join our manufacturing finance team. Reporting to the Manager, Manufacturing Account Corporate, this role performs daily, weekly, and monthly cost accounting tasks with a focus on analysis, including month‑end and year‑end closing, annual physical inventory, and cost roll processes with purchasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support key set‑ups and processes used in different areas of HPS business, checking upload process for accuracy and ensuring correct standard costs for all HPS entities, including international entities.
• Review weekly reports to identify and correct any errors prior to month end, monthly analysis, annual physical inventory, year‑end closing and audit reporting.
• Close month‑end manufacturing information for all HPS entities, including international entities, validate posting for production transfers, US sales, open W.I.P. labour distribution and miscellaneous entries.
• Work with our ERP system (D365).
• Support the cost roll and inventory count processes for international entities.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Engineering, Finance, Operations and Auditors to provide information and support.
• Provide information and analysis to support operations, while supporting inventory count and projects.
• Support accurate recording of inventory and cost of sales transactions.
