Responsibilities Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve and exceed regional growth targets. • Partner closely with the Director of Sales and the Account Management team to increase market share. • Implement efficient time and territory management strategies to ensure 100% coverage of the assigned region. • Drive a proactive approach for sales expansion by identifying untapped opportunities in the PCB/PCBA market. • Maintain a healthy balance between nurturing existing client accounts and targeting high-value new accounts. • Stay at the forefront of market trends, new electronic products, and competitive industry information. • Deliver technical presentations that highlight the advantages of turn-key PCB assembly and fabrication services. • Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met with precision. • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports for the executive leadership team.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. • Extensive and solid understanding of PCB and PCBA is strictly required for this role. • Proven track record of success in a technical sales or sales & marketing management position. • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend industry events. • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, multi-functional team. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
