Manufacturing operations manager Jobs in Montreal, QC

Cha’s Organics is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to join our team in Ville Sainte-Laurent. In this key leadership role, you’ll work side-by-side with our operations team and Director of Operations to keep all departments running smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll implement and refine systems that connect our warehouse, order desk, and purchasing functions—ensuring our inventory is always in check, orders are fulfilled on time, and our customer service remains top notch. You’ll also take charge of managing our warehouse team and supporting staff collaboration throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the operations team and Director of Operations to maintain seamless day-to-day operations across all departments.
• Champion initiatives that promote teamwork, minimize errors, and improve communication and workflow.
• Develop, implement, and optimize systems to unify warehouse, order desk, and purchasing functions for greater efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment to support customer needs and order fulfillment.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring orders are processed and delivered accurately and promptly.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the warehouse and operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability and ongoing improvement.
• Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and error reduction.
• Prepare and manage budgets, conduct costing exercises, and support forecasting efforts to drive business growth and profitability.
• Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting using QuickBooks and Microsoft Suite tools.
• Communicate effectively in both French and English with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
