Job descriptionOversee the network infrastructure, with a focus on all HPE Aruba equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Manage and administer Azure infrastructure and O365 services, ensuring seamless integration and operation. Ensure the overall health and management of the backup system, implementing and monitoring backup processes to safeguard data integrity. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems; provide support for all services relating to software / hardware used in the hotels and corporate office. Resolve user support and service requests; provide software installation, maintenance, upgrading, and training related to business operations. Build strong relationships with internal and external resources. Ensure timely application of security patches and uphold the company’s security standards and practices. Other related projects and duties as assigned. Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders. Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Proficiency in network and system administration, including experience with HPE Aruba equipment, Azure infrastructure, and O365 services. Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. Knowledge of security best practices and experience in applying security patches and maintaining system security. Experience with backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability. Normal office working conditions. Occasional travel. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network and system administration, preferably with HPE Aruba equipment, Azure infrastructure, and O365 services. Proven track record of resolving user support and service requests efficiently. Experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues. Demonstrated ability to manage backup systems and ensure data integrity. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate, or similar are preferred. Ongoing professional development and training in network and system administration best practices. A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience and demonstrated expertise in the responsibilities outlined will be considered. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps effectively.

Pay range : $65,077.78 – $86,553.45
