Job descriptionWork closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure product functionality meets specifications. Facilitate clear communication and alignment on product objectives and progress. Analyze competitive products and industry trends to keep solutions relevant and cutting-edge. Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. Ensure timely delivery of high-priority features and enhancements. Use data analytics tools to measure user engagement, identify bottlenecks, and inform iterative improvements. Product Management Tools : Proficiency in Jira, Trello, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and APIs. Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe environments. Data Analysis : Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI). Documentation : Ability to create detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and User Stories.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Strategy & Vision :
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features based on business value.
Product Development Lifecycle :
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch support.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
Act as the primary liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external partners.
Market Research & Analysis :
Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to identify customer pain points and opportunities for innovation.
Agile Product Management :
Define and maintain a well-groomed product backlog.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization :
Define success metrics (KPIs) and monitor product performance post-launch.
