  • Commercial Analytics and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of pricing and promotional strategies, providing regular updates to senior leadership. Manage price lists and feature approval processes, review pricing strategy and promotional investment performance, and assess competitive price position/premiums and share performance.
  • Collaboration and Planning: Work with sales customer business teams (CBTs) at the beginning of the year to define ad focus, optimize promotion investments, and collaborate on alternate execution strategies.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Build and develop a strong team balancing business leadership and people leadership. Inspire, mentor, and guide the team to foster a collaborative, growth-oriented, and high-performance culture.

Highly numerate and naturally curious, with the ability to work through large and complex data sets, interrogate models and assumptions, investigate variances, and connect financial outcomes to commercial and operational realities. Advanced Excel modelling skills are required, together with the ability balance to rolling up your sleeves when needed while remaining focused on the implications and decisions that matter most.
  • Executive Communication & Influence: Proven ability to simplify complexity, assess business implications, and influence decision-making through clear and compelling recommendations. Strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leaders and commercial teams.
  • Collaboration & Execution: Demonstrated success building strong partnerships across Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align objectives and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Leadership & Talent Development: Accomplished people leader with experience leading managers and developing high-performing teams. • CPG, Retail, Consumer and Systems Expertise: Strong understanding of retail dynamics, category management, customer economics, pricing strategy, trade investment, and promotional effectiveness within a complex CPG environment. Experience leveraging syndicated data and market insights to inform business decisions, including NielsenIQ, Nielsen Answers, Circana (IRI), customer POS data, and market share reporting. Experience with SAP and other commercial planning and reporting tools is considered an asset.
  • Education: University degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline. MBA or other relevant advanced education is considered an asset.
