Job Title : Maintenance Mechanic
Location : Hamilton, Ontario
Salary : $41.00-$43.00 / hr + Night Shift Premium + Dual Ticket Premium + Tool Allowance

Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Hamilton! As a key player in maintaining and optimizing our equipment, you’ll ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities :
Interpret blueprints and diagrams to determine work procedures.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and programmable logic controls.
Inspect and examine machinery to identify irregularities and malfunctions.
Adjust and repair machinery, replacing defective parts as necessary.
Operate machine tools to fabricate parts for machinery maintenance and overhaul.
Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation.
Troubleshoot, repair, and install processing equipment.
Optimize equipment for safety, efficiency, and reliability.
Adhere to food safety, health and safety, and environmental procedures.
Perform preventative maintenance and service on production and bakery equipment.
Improve equipment functionality through design enhancements.
Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications :
Industrial Millwright 433A license.
4-5 years of industrial mechanical experience.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in the food industry or high-speed manufacturing environment.
Valid driver’s license.
