Job descriptionYou have previous experience in a similar position (an asset). You are proficient in MS Office. You are organized responsible independent and resourceful. You are able to work effectively as part of a team.
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Montreal East Quebec Monday to Friday from 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. As a Scale Clerk you will be responsible for tracking material receipts and shipments. You will weigh materials produce weigh tickets and respond appropriately to customers.
What youre responsible for :
- Greet customers and provide courteous service upon arrival.
- Weigh trucks and enter information into the system.
- Prepare delivery slips and shipping documents in the software.
- Answer phone calls and redirect requests as needed.
- Track material shipments and produce required reports.
- Perform general office tasks (opening customer accounts filing billing etc.).
