Job description :
Mr. Lube is looking for Store Managers (and Manager Trainees) to join our rapidly growing Ottawa area team.
Excellent customer service is our focus and we pride ourselves on having and developing a management team that goes the extra mile to meet the needs of our customers. If you are passionate about leadership, training, customer service, and are looking for career growth with a dynamic company then we might be the place for you! If you have some experience in an automotive environment and established, successful experience in retail or automotive management then we would like to talk to you.
This management position involves working amongst your staff in a fast paced automotive business. You will be responsible for hiring and training staff, managing day to day operations, and developing a supervisory team to support you. We provide a strong level of outside support but once your training is complete the expectation is that you operate your assigned location independently.
This position is permanent full-time
Qualifications
- Hands-on and engaging approach to management
- Proven experience in retail management and team supervision
- Strong customer service and sales management skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and cashiering
- Excellent negotiation and organizational abilities
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus
- Strong time management and administrative skills
