Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for supply chain and logistics? We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll manage shipments, coordinate transportation solutions, and build strong relationships with carriers and customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and enjoy finding the most efficient logistics solutions, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
Attend all required company training sessions.
Manage booking, dispatching, rating customer shipments, and processing carrier payouts at an intermediate to advanced level; assist with tracking and tracing shipments.
Provide updates to customers and resolve complex issues beyond the Associate level, escalating to the Team Supervisor when necessary.
Recommend and coordinate optimal transportation solutions using various modes of transport.
Apply and understand customer rate structures at an intermediate to advanced level.
Negotiate cost-effective solutions with carriers and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Update carrier information on shipments, including accessorial costs, pro numbers, and status.
Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and all stakeholders involved in customer accounts.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of supply chain processes.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and carriers.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Open to constructive feedback and continuous improvement.
Ability to respond quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Comfortable learning and integrating new technologies.
One to three years of experience in a related field.
In-depth knowledge of transportation industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively.
Demonstrated time management skills.
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel at an intermediate level.
High level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
