Responsibilities

Organizing day to day operations and handle all request for over the road shipments (full truck load, LTL, oversized, etc)

Taking responsibility and performing tasks related to all moves for accounts assigned to you or that you have brought on board

Carrier relations and to negotiate rates and confirm details of each shipment.

Develop and maintain close working relationships with clients.

Identify and grow business should the opportunity present itself from assigned clients (inside sales)

Be able to handle several projects at the same time including track and trace

Follow a shipment from beginning to end and ensure all paperwork is processed properly

Qualifications

Minimum 3 year in logistics ground operations

Detail oriented and possess excellent organization skills with the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously

Strong customer service skills

Bilingualism is a must
