As a Paralegal within Pomerleau's legal team, you will be called upon to coordinate the activities of the Corporate Services.
What You Will Do
- Preparation and / or revision of corporate documentation related to mergers, acquisitions, tax or corporate reorganizations, shareholder plans, incorporations, dissolutions;
- Coordination with external advisors and review of corporate documents prepared by external advisors.
- Supervision of the maintenance of the corporate entities of the company's group;
- Responsible for the compliance of information in the centralized corporate database and for updating corporate organizational charts;
- Preparation of closing agendas / follow-up lists and documentation for the closing session;
- Corporate verifications and analyses, as well as research at the REQ and Corporations Canada;
- Interdepartmental coordination;
- Participation in the drafting and implementation of the legal policies and procedures in force within the company;
- Direct supervision of a support employee;
