Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director to lead the development and implementation of our AI, GenAI, and Agentic solutions delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with our Insurance Business teams, including Digital & Data, Business Operations and Product, to support the delivery AI and Agent within our Insurance Technology platform.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive AI, GenAI, and Agentic systems roadmap, aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives

  • Collaborate with Digital & Data Business partners, Business Operations, and Product teams to deliver AI and Agentic solutions that support our core systems, digital and data platforms, and 3rd party relationships

  • Lead the development and implementation of AI and Agentic capabilities, including prototyping, testing, and deployment

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of AI researchers, developers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure successful delivery of AI and Agentic solutions

  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements and opportunities for AI and Agentic adoption

  • Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation plans, and project timelines to ensure successful delivery of AI and Agentic initiatives

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI, GenAI, and Agentic solutions, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our AI and Agentic capabilities

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in delivering and developing integrated technology ecosystems, including APIs, Events and Data flows

  • 5+ years leading technical team delivering IT solutions in support of business strategies.

  • A deep understanding of how to manage and build integration and orchestration in an enterprise technical ecosystem, building hybrid solutions across a variety of domains

  • Experience in AI, GenAI, and Agentic systems, with a focus on strategy and delivery

  • Strong foundation in AI, GenAI, and Agentic systems, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing

  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver complex AI and GenAI solutions

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

  • An avid learner, who actively seeks new information and likes to build new things

Nice-to-Have:
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

  • Experience working in the Insurance Industry

  • Familiarity with Insurance Technology platforms and core systems

  • Knowledge of digital and data platforms, and 3rd party relationships
