As a Receptionist, you will provide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties.
The individual in this role acts as the first point of engagement with team members and visitors alike, creating a warm, supportive, and service-oriented atmosphere that enhances the Experience.
Hours / Work Schedule : 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Qualifications
Top Must have Skills : Customer service, communication, interpersonal, multitasking, attention to detail, organizational
Top Nice to have Skills : administrative, problem solving, self-driven
Systems / Software proficiencies : Microsoft office, comfortable utilizing technology
Years of Experience needed : A minimum of 2-3 years of Recepion, Concierge, customer service or other hospitality experience is preferred
