Intact is currently seeking a Lawyer to join its Corporate Services team within the Legal Affairs department.

In your role, you will be responsible for :

• Maintaining the corporate structure of the company.
• Participating in corporate reorganizations and required regulatory filings.
• Drafting the proxy solicitation circular.
• Preparing board of directors’ meetings and the annual general meeting.
• Drafting legal documents relevant to your expertise.
• Supervising the work of the team’s paralegals.
• Contributing to the development and improvement of policies and procedures related to the board of directors.
• Advising management on strategies to enhance operational efficiency while minimizing legal risks for the company.
