As a JLL Intern, you will tackle meaningful projects that impact our Commercial Real Estate business by collaborating with industry professionals and providing fresh perspectives to innovative teams. Our structured program balances professional development with exciting real-world experience.

JLL is seeking an Office / Industrial Leasing Intern based in Vancouver, BC to support leasing operations and market research across commercial real estate sectors. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in agency leasing and tenant representation through property research, client outreach, and transaction support.

AS AN OFFICE / INDUSTRIAL SUMMER INTERN AT JLL YOU WILL :

Agency Leasing :

Participate in site visits to compile tenant information

Learn the daily operations of leasing

Conduct and verify research, providing support for the brokerage team

Gathering information and provide support for the agency leasing team

Understand city, owners and tenants

Manage the database of property owners and reach out to new and potential clients

Tenant Representation :

Update database projects in ReApps, Costar, and MarketSphere

Conduct Building walks to establish tenant rosters within buildings - building tenant information

Consolidate market surveys into one master slide deck

Provide market and research support to the Tenant Representation Group

Industrial :

Track vacant land parcels

Learn operations for warehouse / industrial leasing and sales

Conduct and verify research for brokers

Gather market information and provide support for the industrial team

Support proposal process

Manage property owner database and client outreach

Participate in team, intern, and mentor / mentee meetings

WHAT YOU BRING : Currently enrolled

in post-secondary education in Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or other related area of study with a curiosity for how businesses operate

Strong analytical skills combined with attention to detail

Clear and effective communicator who can express ideas confidently both in writing and conversation

Natural problem-solver with the initiative to find answers and a drive to learn quickly in a dynamic environment

Tech-savvy approach to business applications with the ability to adapt to new digital tools and platforms

Collaborative team player who brings enthusiasm, fresh perspectives, and a professional attitude to every project

Experience in the commercial real estate industry is an asset

Estimated Compensation :

$20-24 / h

Estimated compensation for this position :

12,960.00 - 15,552.00 CAD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
