WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL :
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Leasing Consultant, Sales Associate, or similar role in a luxury real estate, property management or service-related industry.
- A high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of the luxury rental market and what sets high-end properties apart.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and environment.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a desire to learn about and grow in a new environment.
- Ability to work flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends.
WHAT WILL YOU DO :
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional leasing experience to all prospects, managing property showings and guiding prospective residents through an exceptional leasing process. You will conduct personalized property tours, showcasing and educating prospects on the unique features, amenities and the essence of our STORY brand property and what sets Hazelview apart.
You will work collaboratively with the property operations team to ensure properties are always ready for showing and occupancy, while maintaining organized and accurate records of leads, tours and lease details.
