Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Employment Lawyer with 4+ years of experience. The Employment Lawyer will be responsible for handling labour and employment law matters, representing clients in employment tribunals, and resolving disputes on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in Labor and Employment Law
• Mediations, discoveries, motions, and other avenues of representation
• Understanding of Labor Disputes resolution
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practise in Ontario
