Warehouse Worker

Location: Johnstown, ON

Shifts Available:

• Days: 6:00 . – 2:30 .
• Afternoons: 2:30 . – 11:00 .
• Fixed Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday or Tuesday–Saturday

Role Overview

Join a modern, clean distribution centre where your role is essential to keeping products moving safely and efficiently. You’ll work on the loading dock building pallets, handling boxed products, and preparing shipments for transport. This is hands‑on, active work in a fast‑paced environment—perfect if you like staying busy and seeing the results of your effort.

Responsibilities

• Build pallets from individual product boxes on a loading line
• Unload inbound trucks and stack products to specific size and height guidelines
• Ensure pallets are stable, secure, and wrapped for transport
• Check SKU numbers carefully to ensure the correct products are on each pallet
• Work closely with forklift operators while focusing on pallet quality and accuracy
• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs throughout an 8‑hour shift
• Follow safety procedures and keep your work area clean and organized

Essential Skills

• 6+ months of warehouse or general labour experience in the last 18 months
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Strong attention to detail—especially with similar‑looking products and SKUs
• Reliable attendance and punctuality (reference‑verified)
• Comfortable working at a steady pace in a busy warehouse
• Positive attitude and team‑first mindset

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Truck loading/unloading experience
• Pallet building or shipping & receiving experience
• Pallet jack experience
• Interest in long‑term or permanent opportunities
