We are seeking Heavy Equipment Operators contributing to a critical soil salvage and reclamation project in Fort McMurray AB. You’ll work in challenging winter conditions, ensuring safe and efficient operations while maintaining production targets.

Essential Responsibilities
- Load trucks safely and efficiently; set up dumps for optimal cycle times, windrow, striping and separating of organized materials for the loading units
- Perform pre-trip inspections and complete daily Field Level Hazard Assessments for all activities
- Maintain equipment in excellent working condition, report and log maintenance needs promptly
- Communicate effectively with team members across different disciplines
- Follow all site HSE procedures and complete Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHA) for all activities
