Job descriptionPerform routine cleaning of common areas. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. Complete minor maintenance tasks as required including, changing light bulbs, or making minor repairs to walls and surfaces. Assist with minor repairs and maintenance when required Operate a variety of tools and light machinery to complete tasks such as roads grounds maintenance, lawn care, and snow removal. Shovel snow from sidewalks, entryways, and emergency exit during winter months. 1 to 3 years of janitorial or grounds maintenance experience is preferred Ability to operate basic landscaping and snow removal equipment safely. Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word) is preferred Ability to multitask and establish priorities and work independently Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to produce a negative result for drug & alcohol test Valid class 5 driver’s license is required Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to prioritize and initiate innovative solutions Ability to work under pressure Possess an uncompromising commitment to health, safety & environment

Job Description
CEDA is seeking a reliable and hardworking Facilities Labourerto join our team. Based at our office in Fort McMurray, this position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and functional facility interior, while also caring for the surrounding grounds, including lawn care and snow removal. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in various weather conditions.
