Are you passionate aboutensuring facilities run smoothly?

Our client is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance / GroundsMaintenance Professional to oversee maintenance and repair programs for theirseniors’ care home located in Red Deer County, Alberta.

KeyResponsibilities :

Manage maintenance and repairs for buildings, equipment, and grounds, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Perform and supervise tasks like carpentry, painting, and landscaping.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.

Handle specialized cleaning and maintenance, including high-altitude tasks.

Qualifications :

Musthave : Valid Building Operator A or B or New 5thClass Certificate, with at least three years of relevant experience.

Ability to readblueprints and knowledge of local building codes.

Proficiency withtools and equipment for various maintenance tasks.

Excellentcommunication, organizational skills, and emotional stability.

Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions and perform heavy lifting.
