What you will be doing :
Grounds maintenance and landscaping of the propertyRepairs and maintenance of all community buildings and equipmentManaging and keeping records of the upkeep of the septic systemsMaintaining all Health & Safety requirements of the Community and Community BuildingsEnsuring ongoing communication with your managerResponsible for maintenance and cleaning of work area, tools and equipment.Respond to requests from manager with courtesy and in a timely mannerInteract with community residents with patience and courtesyOperate within the applicable Occupational Health & Safety legislation and company policies at all times.Be prepared to accept after hour calls and act on emergencies as required.Other duties as requiredWhat you bring to the table :
