Landscape Construction Foreman

We're looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman to join our dynamic team. If you take pride in

Key Responsibilities

Oversee & lead hardscape construction teams on high-end outdoor projects
Execute precision grading, gravel installation, and sod laying
Install interlock pavers, flagstone, armor stone, and custom stonework
Build & install custom-designed luxury swimming pools
Handle concrete pads, pool bottoms, and high-finish detailing
Operate advanced machinery including excavators, skid steers, tampers, and saws
Ensure on-time project completion while maintaining top-tier quality
Install drainage systems and manage grading, trenching, and excavation
Coordinate materials & equipment, ensuring efficient workflow
Train & mentor team members, promoting a strong work ethic and craftsmanship

Qualifications

5 or more years of experience in hardscape, stonework, interlock, or construction.

3 years of experience as a Foreman or similar role.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing on-site crews

Expertise in high-end landscape construction (pools, stonework, grading)

Valid G-class driver's license & reliable transportation

Ability to work in all weather conditions while maintaining high standards

Commitment to year-round, full-time work

Competitive pay at $28.00 to $38.00 per hour, based on experience.
