Implement a strategic sales approach tailored to your territory’s unique needs. Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM. Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Director. Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Share customer feedback to contribute to product and process enhancements. 2–5 years of experience in B2B outside sales or in a related field. Proven ability to negotiate, communicate, and present effectively. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented. A collaborative team player with an upbeat attitude and a drive to grow. Post-secondary education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Lead generation and conversion rates. Client retention and satisfaction scores. Progress in training milestones and product knowledge. Revenue contribution and territory growth. 2–5 years of experience in B2B outside sales or in a related field. Proven ability to negotiate, communicate, and present effectively.
