Responsibilities
Sales Development
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned industry segment.
- Build a robust sales pipeline through existing customers, prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Present tailored products and value-driven solutions to potential clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
Client Rapport Building and Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.Conduct on-site visits to understand client needs, operations, and opportunities.Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, troubleshooting, and follow-ups.Product Expertise
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Uniking’s product offerings and their applications.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging market opportunities.Territory Management
Implement a strategic sales approach tailored to your territory’s unique needs.Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Director.Collaboration & Innovation
Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.Share customer feedback to contribute to product and process enhancements.Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in B2B outside sales or in a related field.Proven ability to negotiate, communicate, and present effectively.Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.A collaborative team player with an upbeat attitude and a drive to grow.Education
Post-secondary education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.Technical Skills
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Role Structure
