About You :

What You’ll Do :

Lead Innovation : Spearhead the design and development of new equipment while evaluating and improving existing systems.
Concept Development : Translate complex requirements into creative solutions that drive operational excellence.
Engineering Calculations : Perform detailed calculations related to speed, force, temperature, and pressure to ensure optimal machine performance.
3D CAD Design : Utilize cutting-edge design tools like SolidWorks to create and refine high-precision mechanical systems.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and exceed expectations.

What You Bring :

Experience : 10+ years of proven ability to design and execute complex mechanical engineering projects.

Expertise : Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles.

Problem-Solving Skills : Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and deliver creative solutions for challenging design requirements.

Education : A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Leadership : Experience leading design reviews and guiding multidisciplinary teams.
