We are seeking a Senior Web Designer to work within our growing Agency! A qualified candidate should be excited to work at a leading digital agency, working alongside talented designers, developers, marketers, and our in-house video / animation team. If you have a passion for digital marketing, working within a dynamic team environment, and are used to multi-tasking, then this may be a good opportunity for you to start a rewarding career.

Responsibilities :
- Experienced in Conversion Optimized design, UI / UX and understanding user psychology
- Experience with brand development, graphic design, type, and modern UI standards
- Experience in wireframing and storytelling with pixels
- Strong verbal / written communication skills to communicate with clients and team members
- Familiarity with the basics of HTML, WordPress, and Shopify
- Knowledge of SEO and Digital Marketing
- Experience managing your own schedule and organizing projects to complete them according to their deadline
- Work closely with our director of design to meet client specifications by adhering to modern UI / UX design standards
- Design and implement webpage layouts, landing pages, and user interfaces
- Create prototypes, wireframes, and mockups
- Ensure design consistency and compatibility across various platforms
- Optimized web designs for lead generation or e-commerce sales
- Create and design digital graphics, marketing materials, and other visual content
- Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and provide creative solutions
- Stylescape / Mood board creation
Preferred Qualifications :
Salary : $70-80k / year
