About the Opportunity

Are you a graphic designer with a passion for the ideation and production of high-quality digital and print content? Are you looking to gain experience in a marketing agency setting? Reporting to our Creative Director, LRO Solutions is searching for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team.

Duties include but are not limited to :

• Conceptualize, develop and produce graphics, layouts, and other materials used in the advertising, social media, branding, and marketing of our company and its clients
• Participate in the development and maintenance of brand identities, including logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines
• Design digital graphics for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels, ensuring responsiveness and compatibility
• Work as part of the LRO Solutions team and cross functionally with internal stakeholders to support marketing initiatives including to develop and implement new ideas for graphics, marketing collateral and website design
• Maintain organized files and folders for design assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval for future reference and reuse
• Collaborate with other members of the internal marketing team to maximize creativity, manage capacity and deadlines
• Must be able to work under deadline pressure and manage multiple projects and assignments

You’re a talented and detail-oriented graphic designer with a self-motivated mindset. You’re willing to learn new skills and apply them to your regular duties. You love taking on every task that is thrown at you, and you love bringing your ideas to life to create unique and innovative designs for the web, social media and print. You stay on top of the latest trends and technologies and always love a good challenge. LROLES

This is a full-time position working directly for LRO Solutions. Preference for a candidate who resides in the general Ottawa region and is open to a mostly remote work model with occasional requirement to come into the office for meetings, or on-site work. This role offers an annual salary dependent upon experience, benefits, amazing employee retention and career development.
