If you're passionate about creating high-quality, engaging learning programs in a dynamic environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipLead, mentor, and support a team of instructional designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Manage workload distribution, set project priorities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.Conduct regular team meetings, provide performance feedback, and support professional development.Instructional Design and DevelopmentOversee the design and development of eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, and blended learning solutions.Ensure alignment with instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, or Agile.Review and provide feedback on storyboards, scripts, prototypes, and final course outputs.Collaborate with multimedia developers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other stakeholders to ensure instructional effectiveness.Client and Stakeholder EngagementServe as the primary instructional design point of contact for clients, gathering requirements and managing expectations.Provide strategic guidance to clients on effective learning solutions tailored to their organizational goals.Present design concepts and prototypes to clients, incorporating feedback into the final product.Quality Assurance and StandardsEstablish and enforce instructional design standards, templates, and best practices.Ensure all learning products meet accessibility (e.g., WCAG 2.1, Section 508) and usability standards.Conduct quality assurance reviews to maintain consistency and excellence across projects.Project ManagementCoordinate with project managers to develop realistic timelines and resource plans.Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks proactively.Maintain documentation on instructional strategies, client interactions, and project outcomes.QualificationsEducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or a related field.ExperienceMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in instructional design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Proven expertise in designing eLearning solutions using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.Experience working in an eLearning development company is required.Skills and CompetenciesStrong understanding of instructional design theories, models, and adult learning principles.Proficiency in authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), and graphic design basics.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with data-driven approaches to measure the effectiveness of learning solutions.SkillsAdult Learning Methodologies, Graphic Design, Instructional Design, Learning Management Systems, Project Management, Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, eLearning solutionsArrayAbout Bluedrop ISM LtdBluedrop ISM is an award-winning technology innovator that transforms training delivery and credential management through its custom eLearning solutions and SkillsPass workforce training platform.
