Key Responsibilities for the Job :
Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring strong relationships are maintained Planning, supervision, and review of various audit and assurance files Client support and advisory on budgeting, financial projections, and pro forma statements Oversee quality assurance standards and implement new standards as needed Coaching, training, and mentoring junior staff Business development participation such as networking, attending business functions, and community events
Experience & Attributes for Success :
CPA designation or currently enrolled in the PEP Program Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite, QuickBooks & QuickBooks Online Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in public practice Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with clients and colleagues Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to continually acquire new skills and instill these traits in CPA / work term students Interest in acquiring new skills
