Job descriptionRequest quotes / proposals and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery. Negotiate and manage long‑term pricing agreements for critical commodities. Process purchase orders, expedite deliveries, and verify transactions with suppliers. Resolve issues like over‑shipments, shortages, and pricing changes promptly. Liaise between suppliers and departments to resolve procurement problems. Maintain inventory levels aligned with company targets and goals. Ensure stock data accuracy, including lead times, pricing, and supplier info. Assist in developing and implementing procurement SOPs. Follow company policies and operational procedures. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field. Experience in hardware procurement or sales (PC, server, electronics industry preferred). Strong knowledge of IT components and market trends. Skilled in negotiation, cost analysis, and vendor performance management. Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and supply‑chain data tools.
