Teams at these large companies are focused on their large suppliers and typically don’t actively manage the mid / smaller suppliers as closely. We help solve this problem by negotiating directly with this subset of suppliers and deliver meaningful savings within 100 days. We work with our Client’s on a project basis and have executed 50,000+ negotiations across 92 countries.

What is the role?
Scheduling supplier calls and analyzing excel data to set the team up for success
Key responsibilities of the Analysts include :
Helping prepare for the negotiations by :
- Calling suppliers to identify the key point of contact with whom we should negotiate with (Note : this is not cold calling. Here, you are calling in as a customer asking for information)
- Following up with suppliers tenaciously via call / email to ensure we get to the right decision maker
- Scheduling the initial phone conversation between the key contact at the supplier and the Moresby group negotiators
- Executing analysis (via Excel) on historical supplier spend and their pricing proposals
- Conducting online research about the supplier to inform the negotiator’s strategy
