- The Team Coordinator will support the Digital Transformation & Strategy team with administrative / business operation and ticketing support
- Collaborate with the Automation team on revamping Procurement’s intake channels and contribute to team wellness / engagement initiatives
- The contractor will be involved in supporting administrative operations, coordinating team wellness and engagement, and partnering with the Automation team on revamping Procurement’s intake channels
- Calendar and email management for the Director
- Coordination of team meetings and events
- Participation in project meetings with minute preparation
- Service ticket triage and reporting
- Administrative tasks including access requests, purchases, and employee onboarding / offboarding
