If you are seeking a job where you have important responsibilities, this one is for you! As a Security guard in the healthcare sector, you will ensure the safety of kids, families and staff. We are looking for a Full-Time Security Guard to work at one of our Healthcare sites in Winnipeg. As a security guard in the Healthcare sector, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers for some of the biggest brands out there!

We provide people with growth opportunities. 30% of our frontline employees are promoted to become part of our operation teams.

What does a Security Guard in the Health Sector do?

Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, treating every person with respect

Report writing

Provide excellent customer service and access control.

Patrol(foot and mobile)

Investigate and report incidents and hazards.

Monitor and control special events crowd traffic and room access.

Take action during emergencies as per Gardaworld and USB protocols.

Desk Duties

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications to become a Security Guard in the Health Sector

Valid Permanent Manitoba Security Guard license

Fluent in English, both written and orally

High school education or equivalent

Strong customer service skills

Excellent computer skills
