    • Your days will include :

  • Designing, modeling, building, and deploying functional solutions
  • Leading process improvements activities
  • Evolving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting the business through effective management of value, risk, content, communication, knowledge, and resources
  • Responding to immediate safety, quality, and productivity issues that arise
  • Adhering to budget requirements
  • Complying to all the codes and regulations, including the health and safety policy and practices in the delivery of services
  • Analyzing workforce utilization, facility layout, and operation data such as product cost, process flows, and production schedules to determine efficient utilization of all assets
  • Participating in the training and development of other employees
  • Assisting with the development and integration of corporate cultural elements
  • Leading and participating in process development projects
  • Contributing to other technical support duties

    • To succeed in this role, you possess :

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree in Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
  • Diploma of Engineering Technology in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering Technology
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in leading Lean initiatives
