Tasks / Responsibilities
The IT Director will be responsible for IT project management (40%), operations management (30%) and team management (30%) of 6 people (system administrators, networks and IT technicians). This position reports to the Senior Director of IT and Cybersecurity.
MORE PRECISELY
- Manage the team and everything that this includes (recruitment, on-call planning, motivation, mobilization, evaluations, skills development, etc.)
- Be responsible for data center activities (performance, deployment, maintenance, backups, hardware renewal, etc.)
- Take charge of various projects such as system installations, migrations, hardware renewal, solution deployment
- Take care of supplier management, orders, negotiation, participate in the tender process up to the management of the IT department budget
- Work in a Windows, IBM, Veeam Back Up environment.
