Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for JD Edwards modules
  • Configure, maintain, and enhance JDE functionality
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows
  • Develop and maintain reports, queries, and dashboards to support reconciliation, audits, and financial reporting
  • Support system upgrades and integrations
  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, automation, and data accuracy within operational functions
  • Assist with testing, documentation, and implementation of enhancements and fixes
  • Provide end-user training and documentation for system users
  • Work with external vendors to resolve system-related issues
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience supporting JD Edwards ERP systems
  • Financial Management (GL integration)
  • Proficiency with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis
  • Understanding of data flows, integrations, and system interfaces

Technical Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience supporting JD Edwards ERP systems
  • Financial Management (GL integration)
  • Proficiency with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis
  • Understanding of data flows, integrations, and system interfaces

Business Requirements

  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments is an asset
  • Experience supporting Canadian payroll (taxes, deductions, compliance) is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data
  • Ability to write advanced queries and perform in-depth data analysis
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong team collaborator with exceptional communication and organizational skills
