As a Process Governance Analyst, you will be responsible for developing standard processes and procedures including key controls.
Your goal will be to ensure process changes are adopted and stabilized through identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities, supporting continuous improvement and change efforts.
Your success will be to enable the team with standard tools, templates, and processes for the Strategic Program Delivery Office.

Your Responsibilities :
Develop and document standard processes, procedures, and templates, including key controls.
Lead Master Data Management and central repository requirements for process and procedures documentation.
Contribute input to KPI and reporting requirements to ensure outcomes and results are measurable.
Lead process improvement initiatives, develops implementation plans and road maps.
Manage relationships with other departments to obtain mutually shared beneficial opportunities related to cross functional processes.
Develop sound recommendations and prioritize them based on the ease of implementation and expected impact.
Collaborate or partner with the Organizational Effectiveness team and lead the design of leading change plans including delivery of training.
Maintain process document management system.
Research industry best practices.

Your Experience :
Post secondary education or equivalent experience in IT, Business, Project Management, or related field.
5+ years Business or Business Analytics experience.
Experience working in the oil and gas industry is an asset.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint (create, populate, update), Power BI.
