Our client, a prestigious professional services firm, is looking for a versatile and dynamic Receptionist !

YOUR ROLE :

As a Receptionist, your main responsibilities will include :

Communicating professionally : greeting clients and guests and answering phones;

Managing conference rooms;

Handling various office tasks, such as inventorying office supplies, placing orders, preparing coffee, etc.;

Managing mail (sending and receiving);

Performing general administrative duties;

Other related tasks as needed.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) or any other relevant training;

Experience in a similar role;

Good communication skills in the 2 official languages, French and English;

Interpersonal skills, excellent customer service ;

Strong organizational skills;

Positive and proactive attitude.
