Job descriptionServe ongoing client needs, advise on insurance, conduct needs assessments, recommend solutions, handle inquiries, conduct care calls, and manage renewals Sell new policies, retain existing client portfolios, and generate new business through outbound calls, introductory letters, and walk-ins Coordinate with underwriters and adjusters regarding policies and guidelines Prepare documentation, complete applications, issue certificates, process changes, and review renewals Stay updated on underwriting rules and workflows Participate in training and community marketing initiatives Manage accounts receivable activities and provide guidance as needed High school diploma or higher; post-secondary education preferred At least 1 year of personal insurance experience preferred RIBO license preferred Experience with Epic is an asset Strong customer focus, organizational skills, and communication abilities Ability to handle multiple priorities and pass background and credit checks
