Position Overview
Reporting to the Senior Director, ERP & Enterprise Applications, the IT Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, technical proficiency, and business acumen to drive impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end management of multiple IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, requirements, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
- Manage vendors from contract signing through warranty period.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Track progress and key performance indicators; provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Foster transparent communication and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop change management and communication plans for all projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and project management methodologies.
