The Sales Manager will lead a sales team to drive growth within their designated sales region. As a part of Richelieu's dynamic and expanding international organization, you will contribute to a culture that emphasizes career development and employee passion.
Location : Vancouver, British Columbia
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Outside Sales Representatives.
- Join Outside Sales Representatives on field sales calls to support existing and prospective customers.
- Provide ongoing training and development in consultative selling, business-building methodologies, and product knowledge.
- Foster a high level of employee drive, passion, and team morale.
- Manage your own customer accounts directly.
- Oversee all sales activities for the region, ensuring accountability for budgets and sales targets.
- Monitor individual sales representative performance, promoting a high-performance culture.
- Establish and maintain an optimal product mix to maximize gross margin.
- Coordinate promotions with sales and marketing teams.
- Organize and lead Regional Sales Meetings.
